Our Sambar Powder follows a coastal Karnataka recipe where coriander seeds, chana dal, urad dal, toor dal, and dry red chillies are dry-roasted separately before grinding. Cumin, black pepper, fenugreek, mustard, turmeric, curry leaves, and asafoetida complete the blend. A tablespoon transforms everyday dal and vegetables into restaurant-quality sambar — just add tamarind, salt, and your favourite vegetables.
