Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is on our roadmap for a later phase.

Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days. Transit usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your PIN code and courier capacity.

Festival seasons and remote locations may experience longer timelines — we will communicate delays proactively.

Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below this threshold incur a nominal shipping fee shown at checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and/or email. You can also use our Track Order page with your order ID.

Products are sealed to protect freshness and packed to minimise breakage. Please inspect the package on delivery and report damage within 48 hours.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient, the courier may retry. Repeated failures may result in return to origin; re-shipping fees may apply.
